A mistake was made concerning the due date of the 2012 Annual Assessment. Late fees will be assessed after Feb 15, 2012, not on Jan 15 as previously posted.

2012 Annual Assessment

The annual assessment for 2012 is due on Jan 30, 2012 and will be for $231.00. Late fees will be accessed on Jan 15, 2012 Feb 15, 2012. A statement will be sent to the most recent address we have on file for the homeowner. If you have moved please get that to us ASAP.
